Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if I really need counseling?

People come to counseling for a variety of reasons. No problem is too small. If you think it might be helpful to talk to a professional - try it!

Most people come to therapy because of relationship difficulties. Relationships are what give us meaning and pleasure (and sometimes pain and unhappiness) in our lives. Problems can be with a spouse, significant other, friend, parent, child, boss or co-worker. Any of these relationship issues may be helped by therapy.
